The proprietor provided service to my home at first to address some bugs, then on a regular basis to prevent bugs (living in a city rowhome, gotta do prevention...). He is very professional and thorough. I am kind of phobic about these things, and he was very understanding of that. He shows up on time, is friendly, and I have not had any problems since I began service with Defend Pest Control. Reasonable price for continued service. I very highly recommend them for their professionalism and effectiveness.

Ed is the best!

We own a rental property in downtown Baltimore and had mice infestation. We failed to fix the problem, even after couple of other pest control companies treated the property. Since Ed, from Defend Pest Control, treated our building 2 years ago there is no more pest issues whatsoever. Besides being very pleasant and a real gentleman, he is also highly professional and solved the pest infestation effectively and quickly while keeping the property safe for the tenants and pets.
