What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat all of our customers the same whether they are a new customer or an old customer, we provide excellent customer service throughout the customers process of moving.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The CEO has a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Human Resource Certification. Project Manager has Human Resource Certification, two classes short of his Project Management Degree taking in the Fall and 9 classes short of his BS Degree. All staff are professional train in the moving industry.
