Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will come and see exactly what our future client is requesting to have done. We do this so that we don't over charge for the service needed. A win-win for both parties involved. Secondly we invoice our client in detail of what is needed as far as materials and as well as the labor that will be required to complete the given project. Once a fair price is agreed upon we proceed to set up a start and completion date for the particular project. Lastly we have a new satisfied client. We look forward to building relationships not just taking and making money off our clients. Our clients come 1st.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MHIC License
IEC Electrical Apprenticeship
Home Improvement courses courtesy of CCBC
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
TV Mounting - $75
Ceiling Fan install - $125
How did you get started in this business?
We come from a construction background. We have also been on other sites such as Home Advisor and received nothing but 5 star reviews.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with our neighbors, doctors, lawyers, professional athletes etc.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advice clients to ask as many questions as possible. It's great for both parties involved to know exactly what the client is looking to get done and completed.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Clients should definitely have a good idea of what they want done before contacting a pro. At that point a pro can help provide ideas as to how the project can be completed to the clients satisfaction.
