My name is Vasilios Vouros, owner of Trademark Construction, LLC in Baltimore, Maryland. After acquiring extensive education and training on renovation and design build projects, I founded my own contracting company in 2000. I was trained to work on small and large residential projects and on light commercial projects. I am also a custom woodworker that makes custom kitchen cabinets, counter tops and other custom products etc. I have wide ranging experience with both small and large construction companies as a project manager, before starting my own company.

Trademark Construction is my passion ... a dream come true. I have employed like minded construction professionals, showroom staff and designers that share my vision. But that doesn’t stop here. Our team works together to offer the highest quality customer service, workmanship and materials to help people fulfill their own dream homes.

Our Home Improvement Process

Renovating your home has never been easier! Simply give us a call – we’ll discuss any questions you might have, talk about your project in depth, and provide you with any information you need about our company.

If you decide you want to choose us, we’ll schedule a consultation with one of our experienced estimators at your home, to go further into detail about your project and provide you with a customized design and renovation plan. We’ll also talk about your potential financing options. You’ll also schedule a meeting at our convenient showroom to review our proposal and, if satisfied, proceed to the design-build agreement.At this time, we’ll formalize the project details with you and you’ll deposit a small fee to address your additional design needs.

After this is completed, we’ll help you choose the right materials for your home remodeling project, provide you with a detailed breakdown of the estimated costs, and make any adjustments you might need.Once you’re completely happy with the plans, we’ll finalize the final contract and start the construction process, keeping you informed every step of the way.
