How did you get started in this business?
The father of the founder of MBC was also a general contractor.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with both Commercial and Residential customers, but for a long time we were primarily residential.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Looking at the bottom line price for an estimate isn't a savy way to choose a contractor because even though one company may be half as expensive, they may not have the total scope of work included in their contract. A lot of individuals get taken advantage of, because of the adverse information the contractor has compared to the typically individual.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They need to have a clearly defined scope of work.
