What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process with working with a new customer goes as follows. We messages the customer asking them what day and time they are available so we can give them a free estimate in person. Once they answer we schedule a day and time. Once that day comes we discuss with the client what exactly they would like and any concerns they have about the project. After measuring and discussing with the client we let them know the price and we also send them a written estimate to their email.
