What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make contact via phone (prferrably) or email to discuss the project. Then if need be a site visit to prepare the estimate. Sometimes a price can be done over the phone depending on the scope of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rob has over 30 years in the construction industry, allowing home to be educated on all facets of construction. His experience is undeniable when it come to working with the homeowner to get the job done. Also licensed by the state of MD to do home improvement work. MHIC104150
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
as of now for a standard handyman visit we charge $75 an hour with a 2 hour minimum. Larger projects are bid as a conplete job. Homeowner can also supply material and we will work with that as well.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Check to see if they are licensed and insured. If they are not licensed, you have no way to hold them accountable for theit poor performance.
