What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first thing is to make a appointment to sit down with customer to discuss what work they need done, take measurements and pictures and come up with a plan that works good for the customer and me. As I start the Job I explain step by step what has been completed so far.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years in construction and remodeling home inside and out.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I don't have a standard price I usually go off square footage in how much detail consist of the job.
How did you get started in this business?
I started this job when I was about 12 years old, working side-by-side with my father as he had his own home improvement business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have work with all types of customers from jacking up homes. Adding on addition to the houses.Commercial businesses.Any customer looking to better their home.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I took a kitchen tha was 50 years old and made it look as if the home was a new up to date home
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
if you do not choose me, make sure you choose the right person appearances is everything as well as performance.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Time cost and material.
