About
Fuller Building Company has two divisions. The 1st is the sale of modular or factory built projects. The other division revolves around building aditions and remodeling. Anything from a few hours window replacement to a month long addition or remodeling project.
The best part is the day we set or crane the modular boxes onto it's foundation. The best part of that day is the joy on the face'e of the owner while he takes pictures and videos of the process. Then while we conduct the initial walk thrue they vissually confirm that their happy with what we've built for them. I also like snapping the picture for my website when the post set button up work has been completed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with a phone call to determine we have a fit followed by an in person meeting and written quote. Upon agreeing to terms we try and start within a few weeks unless it's considered day work in which we like to get started within the week.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a New Home Construction License with the State of Connecticut.
When I came home from the west coast I worked for a PA based modular factory before founding our company with my Father.
We're third generation builders. Both my father and Granfather were home builders.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We estimate our projects by compiling pricing for the materials and labor.
How did you get started in this business?
It's in my blood. My Father and Grandparents were both contractors. I worked for a modular home factory before partnering with my Father to form Fuller Building Company, LLC. My Father was a home builder rite out of High School and then became an Estimator and Project Manager for a large Commercial General Contractor.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Anyone who appreciates craftsmanship.

I enjoy attending the annual National Association of Home Builders annual golfing and dinner.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get a few quotes to determine what a fair price for the project is and then approach the prefered provider and let them know you like them and about what you'd like to pay.
