HORRIBLE!! a CON ARTIST!! beware do not trust this guy. I hired Michael to replace my boiler. He replaced it with a non-functioning boiler. The boiler and the pipes were not in code. I texted and call and no response. I paid him full price and never got a working boiler. I have to hire another plumber to re-do all his mess.
I contacted Homeguide about him and Homeguide never helped me. Even negative reviews are not published by Homeguide.
Do not trust the fake positive reviews. I even reported Michael to the police.
BEWARE!! DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY.

Mike seems like a great guy. Conditions weren’t ideal (small work space, pain in the butt toilet) but he did a great job. Would both use Mike again and recommend him to anyone.
