    I contacted the company on April and met with a representative three times to discuss details. This was large project with a number of very interesting irregularities on the building. The roof was done first, in one week. Plants were protected and screens that got damaged from falling shingles ( unavoidable) are being replaced. A week later a second team arrived and began the siding work. They were professional, friendly and courteous at all times. We couldn't have asked for nicer people. They worked carefully and communicated clearly. In taking off the old exterior, a number of unique features were uncovered. Options for keeping as much of the character of the house were presented and additional materials were brought in as needed. There was a clear timeframe that had to be met, and it was. The house looks beautiful. Clean up was done promptly and thoroughly. Careful attention was paid to small details which can make all the difference in a large project like this one.

    The quote was the lowest for the roof. We decided to go with solar powered skylights which was what made the final cost higher than usual so can't blame them for that. The turnaround time was fast. Eveyone I dealt with, from sales to the boss to the installers were friendly and professional. The boss acted as a project manager and was always keeping in touch. They even brought in heavy fork lifts machinery to move the materials. We live in a 4-story townhouse so the crew had to climb a really really tall ladder to get to the top. A job not for the faint of heart and they did it with ease.

    I was amazed at how quickly and carefully the job was completed! The work crew was courteous. and very pleasant, and worked constantly. Supervisors came by to check on how things were going. Great care was taken to protect my house, yard, and garden while the work was going on and cleanup was meticulous! After completion, a supervisor came by to be sure I was satisfied with the job, the crew, and the clean up.

AFTER WORKING FOR OTHER HOME IMPROVEMENT COMPANIES FOR OVER 20 YEARS IN BOTH SALES, OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT, I OPENED A SMALL OFFICE, RECRUITED ELITE CRAFTSMAN, HIRED TWO CUSTOMER SERVICE FIELD  PERSONNEL, AND INSTILLED A SIMPLE BUT EFFECTIVE COMPANY BELIEF.... INSTALL EVERY JOB, REGARDLESS OF HOW BIG OR SMALL, AS IF YOU WERE INSTALLING THE JOB ON YOUR OWN HOME.

WHEN YOU ASK YOUR CONTRACTOR FOR A REFERRAL, ALWAYS ASK HIM FOR THE LAST 3 COMPLETED JOBS. IF YOU REFERRALS ARE MONTHS APART, THEN YOU KNOW THAT THE REFERRALS HAVE BEEN CHERRY PICKED. IF, ON THE OTHER HAND, YOUR REFERRALS ARE DAYS APART, THEN YOU CAN BE ASSURED THE REFERRALS ARE GENUINE. ALSO, REGARDLESS OF WHAT WAS DISCUSSED VERBALLY,  MAKE SURE YOU GET A DETAILED WRITTEN PROPOSAL, NOT JUST A PRICE. "IF IT ISN'T WRITTEN IT ISN'T TRUE"
