We are One stop company. We offer plumbing,electrical, carpentry, specialize appliance installatons and drain cleaning both residential and commercial. We service the entire state of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We also travel to Main, New Hampshire and Connecticut. We have been in business now for almost 20 years and for 20 years we have been voted the best customer service company in New England. We strive to be the best in customer satisfaction and our services show this!
We enjoy seeing customers happy when their kitchens look beautiful after we install all their beautiful appliances! We enjoy seeing the customers reactions when we complete their bathroom renovation projects start to finish. It is very satifying to be able to help people make their homes beautiful! We also have enjoyed saving many toys from going down the drain!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the initial call to introduce ourselves during this call we ask the customer a series of questions to try and determine what the customer needs. We will then schedule a time to come out so we can invesigate and possibly solve the problem on the first visit. If we can not solve the problem on the first vistit we will give the customer a estimated amount to fix the problem and a timeframe in which the job can be completed.Every estimate or quote is online and sent via email from Quickbooks. The customer cana either pay by credit card or if needed, by other agreed upon means.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for almost 20 years. We specialize inall aspects of custom appliance installation, residential plumbing, commercial plumbing, residential electrical, commercial electrical, drain cleaning and carpentry. We have qualified Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters and drain cleaners on staff. We have in house trainings and certifications and we demand that our staff have the best and latest training around and keep up with certifications.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our standard hourly rate near our facility is $150.00 an hour. Out of the 20 mile radius is $250.00 an hour. We also have emergency 24 hour service.
How did you get started in this business?
We have been in business for 20 years and it was a family trade passed down.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many customers that buy appliances through box stores, we have worked with residential customers and commerical customers. We have worked with specialty customers who purchase high end products.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Our company donates to several charities;
1.We do a golf tournament every years for diabetes.
2. We donate to an Alzheimer's Rally every year to help cure Alzheimers and dimentia.
3. We donate to the Massachusetts State Police to help fight the war on drugs and to fight drugs in our schools.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Go on the Better Business Bureau and look at the company's BB score it says a lot about a company. We are #1 in the Massachusetts area and we strive for the best customer service around.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
A customer should first think of the costs that are going to be associated with their project. Then the customer should ask if there town requires a permit to be pulled for the project. Then customer should think about the time frame that they were looking to complete the project in. Then the customer should ask our company to come out to do an estimate or quote, ask our company about what appliances to recommend, what kind of plumbing fixtures to use or do they have a 110 or 220 amp system in their house to support the new project.
