About
Not only am I a general contractor, I am a certified building inspector that knows the code, understand and can navigate the permitting process whether by-right, or by board approval. I also offer zoning and development opportunity analysis for the home owner, real estate agent, or developer. I also offer basic plan review services to ensure your project will be approved.
I enjoy helping people which is why I worked in the public sector for 20 years as an urban planner and inspector; I can now help those same people finish their dreams by getting them permitted and built the right way.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience working in the construction and development field as a city planner, permit center manager, code inspector, and licensed general contractor. I also am a certified commercial and residential building inspector and a property maintenance and housing inspector under the ICC, in addition to being a Massachusetts Public Health Housing Inspector. I received a Rural Town Planning and Development Degree from Chico State, California and a Construction Management and Inspection Certificate from San Jose State University. Our company is fully licensed and insured.
