What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting our customers face to face and LISTENING to them. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have essentially been in the plumbing and heating business my entire adult life. We learned basic Plumbing while in High School and never looked back. We pride ourselves on adapting to the changes in the business and offering the best products to my customers. One certification that we are proud of is I hold a Journeyman Plumbing and Gas fitting License in NH and MA as Well as a Master Plumbing and Gas Fitting Lic in MA along with a Joyrneyman Sheet Metal License in MA.
