Since opening the business in Western Mass in 2005, we have served hundreds of clients with projects ranging from handyman work to new additions. We are members of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of America and have an A+ BBB rating.
One thing that sets us apart is our transparency. Unlike other contractors, we give our clients total access to all our numbers. We employ a cost-plus pricing model that adds all costs together and marks them up by an agreed percentage. We provide a weekly invoice with copies of all our time records and expenses. You will know where every penny is spent on your job and exactly how much the contractor is making!
