What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i advertise online and quickly and professionally respond to customers requests. i have over 30 years experience in home remodeling and repair , specifically housepainting ( interior and exterior). i set a convenient time or appointment to have a walk-thru and give free estimates. this works well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have a degree in Engineering. i read and research the principles of my trade and keep up to date to make my quality workmanship last a long time

i quote with Labor and Materials or just Labor. it is a single cost written contract.
How did you get started in this business?
my father was a landlord and i worked at a big park and was personally trained by other painters to do quality work in a timely manner
What types of customers have you worked with?
churches, school systems ( public and private), businesses, offices, restaurants, hospitals, landlords, property managers and mostly homeowners.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
i was able to work on a 14 month contract painting a world famous international private preparatory school.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
get a few quotes. look for friendly, answer all your questions and professional.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
how i will do surface preparation which is what makes the paint project last a longer time. what brands and materials used and their quality.
