We first speak on the phone to get an idea of the work roll to be performed and time-frame to have the work performed. We provide a ballpark estimate based on the phone conversation and, if the quote is satisfactory to the customer, we take measurements and perform site visit to verify the estimate. If estimate is acceptable to the customer, we detail the scope of work and price terms in a contract to be signed prior to work. A partial deposit will be required for permits, dumpster rentals and materials. Then we get to work. When completed, we confirm the work is satisfactory to the customer. Then we require the remainder of the contract price upon completion. A warranty is then provided after payment in full.
