I started out working for Holland Construction during the summer after my senior year of highschool driving a dump truck. I was supposed to go to college but fell in love with all the different job sites and remodeling that I saw in that two month period and was hooked. I stayed with that company 13 years and have seen it all. From the kitchen and bath remodels, home additions, condo conversions, High End remodeling, commercial outfits for banks, bars, and restaraunt a I can say there is truly no aspect of construction I haven't seen, nor a challenge I would not accept.

I started McLaughlin Construction just myself and a laborer taking on small jobs here and there which up until this recent pandemic had blossomed into booming business. I have done a few of my own condo conversions in Dorchester and South Boston, recently renovated the nightclub Hava in the basement of the Wilbur Theatre, put on an addition to a Circle K/Mobil Gas Station as well as a full interior remodel out in Norwood, multiple interior home remodels in Boston's South End, and many kitchen, bath, and basement remodels all from the high end overhaul, to a quick spruce up for the family or maybe to list a property that needed the extra detail prior to listing.

I love what I do and have built strong relationships with my subcontractors and vendors over the past 16 years to make your project a joy to stroll through as opposed to some of the nightmare stories you hear out there.
