I have just retired and in the process of updating some major appliances. I called True Blue for a quote on a new heating system. They were excellent in aspects such as appointments and returning messages, and they call ahead of the appointment and let us know they’re coming. The new system looks great and we just got a gas bill and it was almost half of what we were paying. I expected the new system to run better than the old one what I didnt expect was the attentiveness after it was put in. After the appointment, Steve called us to see how everything was running. They took the time to answer my questions. They never batted an eyelash and they did everything they said they were going to do from the beginning to end. I was very satisfied. More companies should do business like that.
