What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to cater to there individual needs and budgets whether it's Air Conditioning , refrigeration or plumbing . efficiently execute a plan . Explain what’s available to them as far as up to date technology. From there I will write a contract up and sit down with the homeowner and go over it . Then I execute the job with a deposit in place. I then finish the job without a problem and make my customers very happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do Air Conditioning ,Refrigeration and plumbing
I have my universal EPA Card For buying Freon.
i have an Engineering license in Hvac
I keep up with training courses for today’s
I have my certification in LG ductless
I am a high efficiency heat pump specialist.
I have my certification for installation of Mitsubishi City Multi ductless heating and Cooling.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Every job has its individual needs but a service call is typically 90 dollars to come out and diagnose the problem and then the charge to fix it. If the call turns into a job I take the $90 dollars off the price of the job.
How did you get started in this business?
My Farther was a plumber for 40 years so I guess I was born into the trades. So the natural thing was to go to trade school. I graduated at the top of my class and went to work for my teacher. And I guess that was my start.

I have worked with every ethnicity and learned from each one .
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
i am impressed with the new Heat Pump technology due to its ability to cool your home for half the cost as a contemporary Air Conditioning system.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get three Quotes .learn the extent of the contractors knowledge, you can do this by doing some research online. Then be ready to question the contractor about there services and how much they know about the service you need. Ask for credentials. Pictures also help.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
There budget. How efficiency is a factor. Are there rebates on the equipment they are putting in. What type of equipment does the contractor suggest and what are the warranties.
