We have designed and tailored this company to accommodate the wants and needs of today's consumer. We do this through vigorous analysis of of customers feedback, reviews, suggestions and opinion. We offer conveniences like online booking and extended business hours. We offer 24/7 service as well as over the phone support.
As the owner of Higher Standard Service I am the most rewarded by our customers gratitude. I enjoy the type of work that I do because I love to feel like I have made a difference. At Higher Standard Service we do this by offering a more practical, convenient service with the utmost quality and value we can offer. When I arrive to perform a simple task like replacing air filters, naturally I am going to bring notice to any concern I find related to not just the service I'm providing, but anything that catches our attention. After the service, when the customer thanks you for an honest job at a fair price and quality workmanship that is noticeable. That is truly the best compensation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers are eligible for new customer discounts, as advertised. When a new customer calls in we take their info, listen to their concerns and complaints, and offer them our soonest availability to send a tech out for a resolution. Our techs arrive and not only diagnose your problem but they inspect the system while they are there, we fill out service inspection reports on all new customers with system information, reccomendations for preventative service and any problems we find clearly stated with an explanation of resolution process and price estimates offered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over a decade in the industry providing quality, 5-star residential and commercial service. We also maintain our education with classes and seminars brought to us by the manufacturers we work with such as Mitsubishi Electric, TRANE HVAC, American Standard, A.O Smith, HTP and others..
All technicians hold license and certification for the services they specialize in as well as some others.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, at Higher Standard Service we charge 99-129 for all diagnosis (includes call charge, travel, etc. no extra fees.) And we have a flat rate per service menu advertised that we use to bill all services. Every customer pays the same for the same service. Products are sold at a very competitive price. All products are sold for the price it costs us to provide them to you. So that includes that item price and tax, delivery or pick up/transportation, processing fee, credit accounts with interest... Essentially we use a formula to figure out the "true cost" of the product and sell it to you at that price. All products have some form of warranty including manufacturer's warranty and All services are warrantied as well, with different terms for different types of service.
How did you get started in this business?
I was originally interested in Automotive but there was no room left in the biotech class at my high school so HVAC and plumbing were my backup choices. Once I started getting into it and got my first job installing mini split ac I knew then that this was going to be my career. From there my expertise has grown and trade knowledge expanded throughout the industry.
