Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the project is outside the scope of our quick quotes feature on our website (ex: full kitchen/bath renovations), we work with our clients through all phases of the project - design, preconstruction, procurement, construction, closeout. Each project is different and requires a custom tailored approach to suit my clients needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years as Project Manager at high end senior living facility renovating ~75 apartments a year
10 years as a Landscape Professional
Massachusetts Construction Supervisor license - Unrestricted
How did you get started in this business?
From Chris (CRC's President) - In my previous role, I was responsible for the construction work and management of a team of five skilled professionals that was able to completely renovate an average of 75 apartments a year. Towards the end of my time with the organization, my hands on time in the field diminished as management wanted me in the office as a more traditional "white hat" project manager. This made the decision to branch out on my own much easier - I really enjoy the hands-on aspect of my career and working with my team on site.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential Homeowners
Senior Living Facilities
Multi unit apartments and condominium complexes
State and Municipal agencies
Commercial entities
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure to check licenses and certifications. Pull permits and get inspections on work completed - peace of mind for all parties, especially insurance.
