10 years' previous experience working as a graduate civil engineer/project superintendent on major infrastructure projects in the Boston and Providence areas. (Concrete hi-rises, bridgework, tunnel work, roadbuilding, major luxury residential developments).

His knowledge and building experience made us comfortable with the initial project estimate, which came out to be the cost of the job... No surprises or hidden costs. Their workmanship is excellent and the crew is made up of established carpenters with at least 15 years’ experience each.

His subcontractors are the best in their respective trades and Barry had complete control of them. We had no delays and the house was built over the winter and ready for arrivals by June 1!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

BDGC and the customer will discuss upcoming project and the customers' needs in regards to ... everything: design, permitting, schedule, budgets et al.
I usually provide a per square foot estimate of projected costs, a contract is signed, and the building gets built.
