What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with A phone call, then a scheduled appointment for assessment, give an estimate, get a signed estimate and a deposit. We start work usually with a 2 week window

I have Louisiana Contractors Certificate, building and construction college classes. And I am a Architectural interior designer

I recently had an encounter with customer wanting a small porch. During the build, in the evenings we would have an ice cold sweet tea as the late evening rolled in. It's these customer's that make this all so worth it.
