What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set an appointment to meet onsite and walk the project with the client. We ask questions regarding needs/wants. We then evaluate the site and make our professional recommendations. From there we will work up a estimate. At that point we either email or meet in person to discuss.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are degreed Horticulturist. We have all state licensing needed to work in this industry.
