Tooth & Nail Carpentry

A couple of overtly serious punks that happened to bump into each other somewhat randomly at a punk rock bar in NOLA. We're trying to keep this beautiful town from falling apart and attempting to learn a few things along the way.

The privilege felt by both Charlie and Michael to literally work on historic residences day in day out in historic neighborhoods is like being a cast member in a period piece at times. There is also a strong need to be more than versatile and have the ability to problem solve from many different perspectives. and the necessity to retain a good amount of the craftmanship and knowhow of carpentry in New Orleans.

Both Michael and I focus on trim work, finish work, millwork, and detail oriented interior and/or exterior carpentry. We have the means to do general construction and bridge the gap in a project if need be; however, we prefer to focus on the details and finishing touches of a project.

Coming from a fine arts background when I decided to try my hand and restoration/renovation carpentry in NOLA, my knowledge of art helped me in ways I never would have imagined. I've only been in the industry for a couple years; however, Michael has been doing it for a lifetime. SO TRUSTS IN US, AND LET US MAKE YOUR CARPENTRY DREAMS COME TRUE!
