About
Building is a process. I work with the Homeowner to build them a house. The homeowner is in control. They keep the checkbook and approve all contractors and pay all bills. My job is to get quotes, and over see the project. We meet regularly to review progress and plan the next phase together until the home is done. When we work together, we really do build your house your way.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process envolves breaking the project into small manageable pieces. Planning is the biggest part of the project. Also it is the most over looked. Good information makes good projects.
After the planning phase we go to financing and then to the actual construction of the home.
I visit the job daily and we meet weekly to review and plan the next steps. As your builder I make schedules and punch list based on our meetings. I give you the invoices and you pay all bills. You have control of the budget and see all real cost. Basically building a house should be a fun process. If its not I think you are doing it wrong.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started building houses in the late 90's. I started by partnering with a builder to teach me. After about 20 homes, I went out on my own. Todate I have built or managed over 200 custom homes.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Every project is different. Because we work together to build your house, the pricing reflects your efforts and I generally save my clients a considerable amount of money. We can discuss the amount when we meet.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have built every type of home whim have includes the traditional brick and siding home, log cabins and timber frame, as well as ICF or concrete homes.
