What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process with new customers is for them to call the office and one of the ladies will take your name, number, address, and a brief description of what the problem is or what the customer is wanting done. Once the ladies have the information they relay it to either the service technicians or the installation technicians for job completion.
