Founded in Louisville Kentucky in 2004, M+P Construction serves homeowners, business clients and investors in the greater Louisville area. Our firm strives to be a one stop shop for our clients. Whether you’re looking to expand your home, renovate your bathroom, refresh a rental property or flip your first house we are to help. Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on the project and the customer. Some customers come to us with complete blueprints and a project ready to go, others come to us with nonthing but an idea and we work with them through the design process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a project manager and contractor for over 20 years now. I have built new construction, remodeled hundreds of homes, done disaster relief and a thousand other things. I've been involved with the energy star program, passive haus builds and other green technology for over 15 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do not have a standard pricing system for large jobs. Service calls and small jobs we often bill hourly.
How did you get started in this business?
I grew up with makers all around me. I worked for a family friend in the construction business during highschool before going out on my own in college. I also served as a project manager for Habitat for Humanity in New Orleans as well as Louisville.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all kinds of customers: families, institutions, non profits, commercial investors, etc.
