He made sure to accommodate all our requests, worked with us (even going to the warehouse to pick out right patterns and materials) to put in a proper design, and worked quickly and diligently to finish the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up every day to make sure that it didn't look like a disaster area while under construction. They were friendly, his price was quite reasonable, and the results were great.
