What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we get to know our customers and gather all of their concerns that they would like to be taken care of from our service. Once we have all of the information we need we will give a free quote, that results in an unbeatable deal. Once agreed, we will set up our equipment and get to work, once finished we will notify the customers to come overlook the property to make sure they are completely satisfied. Then we will handle the payment process!
How did you get started in this business?
We started as two entrepreneurs who were working 50 hours a week, and wanted to better the lives of our family. We both had a passion for people and loved being outside. We both had experience pressure washing and decided to obtain high quality equipment and products and started servicing customers. Since we are the owners and the only employees we are able to give the best deals around, at the end of the day we just want to provide for our families and put a smile on everyone's face.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all customers, commercial and residential. We service homes, commercial buildings, and also commercial vehicles! We have the equipment to do buildings with a maximum height of two stories!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently serviced a home where a young child was really intrigued with the pressure washer. With the parent's permission, we let him safely assist us with a strip of the sidewalk. He was extremely excited, that's why we love doing what we do!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Just because it's a bigger company, it doesn't mean they are better. Definitely don't overpay for service just because they are a bigger company. Give the little guys a chance, locally owned and proud Kentuckians that love the community. That is what we strive for, giving back to the community in a way where we give professional service for a way more reasonable price.
