What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have 3 initial steps before meeting at job site
1-Client calls, I ask a few questions related to their project.
2- Client sends a couple picture of their project to go over it and get a rough idea and what needs to be done.
3- Set up a meeting with client to go over project and I'll have a rough estimate, if it all works out I'll go back for a second visit with a quote and to schedule a date to get started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working on the field since high school. And been working hand on ever since.
