Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure all ends of the job are discussed and understood on both sides. I dont like undiscussed additions being added to a job that were not included in the bid and ID assume customers would feel the same about Getting a quote and then a final bill that is way higher than discussed. Full transparency
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years of experience in all the fields im confident in.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Power washing $175 per 100 sq ft
Deck stain or retain $2.50-$3.00 per sq ft
Trenched gutter drainage $12 per ft
How did you get started in this business?
Been in the field for a decade or more. Was tired of burned by contractors that didn't meet payment obligations. Or working for a contractor that wasn't ever on the job and I did it all myself while they collected all the money oh, I just realized the money that they're making I could be making I'm doing all the work myself anyways. Got to a rocky start of trying to make things getting jobs and advertising while being an owner operator and juggling at Homelife and the kids. I pride myself on job quality. Intern she gives me a better quality of life for me and my family
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Gather more than just one quote from someone. I don't take it personally if someone decides to go a different direction with hiring somebody. I strongly recommend a homeowner get several quote for a job and go with your best judgment on getting the job done to your needs and expectations that fit your budget. I don't ask for any kind of money up front I understand that some people do. But if you are in the position where that is being put on the table, please get paperwork and contracts in hand before doing so. so many people get burned for their money and their jobs never get finished
