What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat all of our clients with our high end consulting process. We have solved problems and brought solutions that resulted in a positive savings or gain for over $2B for our clients. Your custom construction project is no different. We place ourselves and our solutions in the seat of the client, from their view, determine the best possible outcomes and work alongside them until they are achieved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Class A Contracting team has training and individually over 30 years experience completing projects.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We offer custom solutions. Our pricing is competitive with others who also offer the best quality that you'll find in the market. We have a cost plus system of bidding so that in the current changing market where materials fluctuate up and down the costs are tied to the actual cost of materials. This is us considering the customer above ourselves not attempting to add costs.
How did you get started in this business?
I started by reducing timelines, and providing deliverables on construction projects that were formerly problematic for top contractors. We solved problems, faster and more efficiently than others they had dealt with. We proceeded to gain all of that clients business being preferred over many other contractors they had on their jobs.

Businesses-small and corporate, Large scale Developers, Governments, Individuals and on our own projects.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Ten story build. Completing the job up to clients standards, so much so that we earned more business from the client and their associates.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Are they truly listening to you and offering solutions that would be best viewed from your perspective? Are you afforded the ability to dream and then achieve what it, is you set out to do? These are our goals for our clients. You dream. We build.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Clients should be afforded a chance to consider what is possible for a project. We like simple monogram to help achieve construction goals. Is what you've dreamed up S.M.A.R.T. and can we help you get there?
Specific: the more specific you are with what you want the easier it is to achieve a common vision. Measurable: Is it something we can help you dream or design? Achievable: if it is possible, we'd like to help you achieve it. Realistic: do you have an appropriate sense of budget, time and the work that will be involved, and Time-sensitive: we are often as excited to see your dreams realized as you are.
