What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we will call customer to confirm appointment. Our technician will go out and diagnosis the issue. Estimate is given in the spot for the customer to decide the direction they want to go. If possible we can complete repair same day otherwise job will be completed withingn24-72 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner taught HVAC at a local community college and he himself has several certification in HVAC along with a Master Mechanical license.
