What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At AireServ Heating and Air Conditioning, we feel our customers deserve a fair assessment rather than providing misleading pricing over the phone. Once our Service Professional has been able to see your problem, s/he will then be able to accurately price multiple repair/replacement options.
When you have multiple options, you are in control of what is best for your budget, home and family.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
At AireServ Heating and Air Conditioning, we have no hourly rate. We provide upfront, flat-rate pricing that does not fluctuate regardless of how long the work may take us to complete.
It is important that we offer multiple options, so you are in control of what repairs or replacements take place in your home.
We will never perform work without your prior consent.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
If you are seeking multiple quotes for the same work, make sure you're comparing apples to apples.
Ask for specifics about your labor and/or parts warranty durations, whether or not the price will change at the end of the job depending on how long it takes, and any applicable return visit information.
