What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to speak to our clients and are usually able to get to them for treatment the next day. We inspect and treat in that first appointment, no waiting for another day! We inspect and document the bed bugs. Then we setup our professional grade specially designed bed bug heaters to do treatment. We use wireless temperature monitors to make sure the area treated reaches the kill zone temperature, but doesn't get to hot to damage electronics. After treatment we verify everything is dead and give a 6 month no questions asked quarantee. We are a woman owned and family run business so we are professional, discreet, and above all we educate our clients on how to keep bed bugs away.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have completed 14 hours of Bed Bug elimination training to make sure we comply with safety regulations in each state we work and to know how to educate our clients on the ways to avoid reinfestation.

Bed Bug elimination of all stages requires heat treat. Heat treatment is usually based on the number of areas that need treated. We start our pricing at $199 and do our best to meet our clients budget needs. We rarely ever charge over $600 for a treatment.

We know that learning you have bed bugs in your home is one of the worst things you can find out. Describe a recent event you are fond of.
There are so many. How about the foster mom that took in a child from a home and the bed bugs traveled with that child. It was vital that they eliminate the issue to maintain foster care status. We were there the next day and they could thank us enough. Or maybe the mom of nine kids that only had bed bugs in one room. Even though she wanted to pay more to do the other rooms she didn't have the money for them all. So we double checked and eliminated the one room and will cover her whole house with our 6 month warranty!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they guarantee for longer than 3 months. And don’t be talked into paying for a longer guarantee. That just means they know they don’t take the time to make sure all bed bugs are dead.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Know the space and have in mind where they might have gotten the bed bugs. We offer discounts to connected sources such as another family member. But we are discreet.
