Was locked out of my 1996 Escort, not from IN but, they were very friendly on the phone even though I was next to the highway, they listened to my directions about where I was, again I am from out of state so I wasnt exactly the most knowledgeable of the area. They sent someone out and they arrived in 20 minutes (I was located in South Bend). They got my car open within 5 minutes of getting there. The man who came was very friendly and helpful as well. Very thankful to these guys for their help!
