Arrow Powder Coating is a job-shop powder coating company in Indianapolis, IN, founded in 2006 through the acquisition and renaming of an existing coater. The business’ assets were purchased by APC Holdings LLC in 2021, and the company relocated in June 2025 to 3130 N. Mitthoefer Road on the east side of Indianapolis.

Arrow handles medium to large production runs and accepts individual jobs, offering a standard four-day turnaround per process. Capabilities include large conveyor capacity of 36" W x 66" H x 360" L up to 1,000 lbs and large batch capacity of 96" W x 96" H x 240" L up to 6,000 lbs. Services span media blasting, light assembly, part labeling, and short-term stocking, supported by a large powder inventory.

Pricing is generated with custom quoting that factors part area, hanging efficiency, powder usage, and handling requirements for consistency. Quality control includes continuous monitoring of washer and oven settings, powder gun parameters, cure verification, thickness checks, and packing inspection, with documented salt spray and city test results. Recent investments include upgraded dry-off and cure ovens, powder booths and storage, a larger washer and batch oven, enhanced conveyor geometry, a reverse osmosis water system, and expanded floor space.
