What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call them back on the phone and ask them questions about what they need done. Try to normally get back to them within 10 minutes of the original call placed to us....
Sometimes , if the customer is able to send pictures over the phone we will ask them to take pictures of their problems for a free diagnosis on line...
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
50 years in the plumbing trade. Masters plumbing lisc in Indiana and Colorado..
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Usually we give an estimate over the phone for most plumbing problems.. If its something more complicated we will come out and inspect the situation...
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that they are pros first.. Dont hire someone who claims to be a plumber off of Craigs list.. NEVER EVER give anyone money up front to buy materials.. ALWAYS pay with plastic over cash.. if they dont accept plastic that means they probably do not have a business bank account.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Just call me and I will do the thinking for them...
