What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call the new customer to get more information about their project. Within 24 hours we call them back to schedule a consultation appointment.* During the consultation appointment we take photos and notes about what the Client wants done.

After the consultation appointment we put together a preliminary budget email and send it to the customer. If they decide that they want to proceed, we send them a proposal.
