Action has eight locations including, in Indiana: Evansville, Indianapolis, Terre Haute, and Jasper; in Kentucky: Owensboro, Louisville and Lexington; and in Robinson, Illinois. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For most services, Action Pest Control will perform a complimentary inspection to make an accurate identification of the pest issues you may be facing. Our inpsector will then review the findings with you, review potential problem areas, discuss treatment options with you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Action Pest Control takes pride in providing our employees some of the best training in the industry. All of our technicians are state certified and receive ongoing weekly and monthly training. In addition, our technicians are supported by a knowledgeable and experienced management team, including our staff entomologist and quality assurrance inspector.
