What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we gather their information name, address, contact information.
Then we gather information on their equipment. We ask for a brief description of the issue at hand then we start a repair ticket with all model numbers and serial numbers. We temporarily tag the equipment for are tracking of the repair process.
We always look over the equipment and contact the customer with a detailed repair estimate before continuing with any repairs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a number of certifications such a Stihl, exmark, Toro, Scag, as well as 15 years of hands on experience .
A bachelor's degree in computer science.
And seven years in the field working with IUPUI
