What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Upon initial contact find out exactly what the client has in mind.  Determine  a bidget they might have in mind. How soon they are looking to start project. Answer any quesrions they may have. Once a timeline is established on project then from their we schedule an intial meet walkthrough  everything provide estimate if needed and if ready to move forward  explain the overall process and stages with them and get any contracts or financing options and paperwork signed if needed , deposits needed, photos of area if needed.

We do our best to work within the clients pricing insted of the clients working witin our pricing.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Sometimes cheaper doesn't mean better. For quality work you might have to pay a little more but it's better in the long run.
