What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first ask the customer what they need done or think the problem is. I prefer to come look at the job so I can then assess the situation, figure out the issue and then give a proper estimate. I then right up an invoice/contract with an agreed price so that we can start immediately. Everything is kept tidy throughout the process. Any and all materials needed are recorded and receipts kept to be reimbursed unless the customer provides materials. After the work is completed I walk through with the customer to make sure they're happy.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20yrs experience in residential and commercial General Constructions and maintenance. It's what my father has done and his father before him. I've worked for various companies over the years and had some pretty hard teachers. I've done other things but I'm only ever happy when I'm doing this type of work.
