All technicians have extensive background checks, and are certified through reputable certified establishments, usually HVAC school of some sort.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do not have standard pricing system. We come out and do estimates, based on sizing of units, cost consideration, and overall need and wants of our client base.

We got in this business, wanting to help people. This is our way of putting smiles on the faces of our clients, as some of them face imminent health problems that would require fast and efficient servicing of their HVAC issues.

Go with a company you can trust. There are a LOT of companies who look at sales and the bottom line, versus taking proper time and energy to create relationships with clients, which we take pride in accomplishing.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Get the complete solution. How old is the entire system? What refrigerant am I running in my system? Am I smelling something strange? Am I hearing noises coming from my furnace/air handler or from my comdenser/heat pump that are not normal? Am I getting cold or hot air in the right season?
