What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical thorough inspection from roof to basement will generally take 2-3 hours. I do prefer for clients to be present during the inspection so I can give them a true understanding of what is going on with their investment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is generally determined by the age and size of the home.
How did you get started in this business?
I realized one day that I have knowledge and understanding of all the workings of the home, I decided I could use this knowledge to help other people after having my own issues of finding an available inspector in my own sale of my home.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I typically do the General Home Inspections for customers looking to purchase a new home.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Helping a customer who could not seem to get a clear answer if his roof had issues or not. He was so grateful it was a nice feeling to know I did help this customer so much.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find an inspector who is truly trying to find deficiences of the home not just make money.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Anything that they took a second look at and wondered about when looking at a new home, have the inspector do a thorough check on this and have them explain what they see going on with it. It will help you know if it is a minor or major issue.
