Hello our names are Joshua and Steven, and we are looking for new jobs and general contractors to work with. We also have 3 extra young guys we have been training, with great success I must add. We both have 10 years experience in new construction and residential rehab. Mostly kitchen and bath and full house renovations. On top of the ten years we have done
2 years commercial plumbing.
2 years of residential and commercial electric.
2 years of custom commercial glass and door storefront installation, along with
10 years of everything you can imagine. We are great painters, skilled carpenters, and the best demolition crew you would ever find. We can project manage and have great customer service. Other than roofing and finish concrete work, there isn’t much that we can’t do. Very efficient with everything we do and are trying to find a new job with people who appreciate hard work. Have plenty of pictures and videos of work in multi million dollar houses. We are also featured in 3 episodes on HDTV Windy City rehab. We have all tools and transportation.
