How did you get started in this business?
Started with mosquito control personally, then introduced to structural pest control. I absolutely fell in love with structural pest control and struggled to get good training the first couple years. Finally I was lucky enough to work with some of the top people locally and then I realized I was seeing a lot of not so well trained technicians working for companies that are more interested in contracts than bugs. This is a pest control company founded by a pest control professional, not a lawyer.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We mainly deal with residential customers, more than half of whom currently have been with us for 5+ years
We have several restaurants and bakeries that we service monthly
We have regular monthly services with a couple of different property management groups, mostly apartments
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are educated, make sure they are honest, and make sure you are not signing your life away on some contract.
