What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process is as follows: Call customer to introduce myself and give pricing if necessary. Ask about job to get a feel for the nature of the work. Set up a time to view the job and or complete the job. Complete work, get paid.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All work is priced asked after review of job. All quotes is for labor, material will be priced after job is complete. I will try to give an approximate quote based on both labor and material.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in the business with my Father who was a Union Electrician. I worked side by side with him on side jobs, and later as his summer helper on larger jobs around the City of Chicago.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential and Commercial Clientele.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The most recent event I can speak of is the installation of a 75 gallon hot water heater in a rehab home in Olympia fields. I removed the old heater, and repiped the entire home, and replaced the 50 gallon with a 75 gallon.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Asked them how they would remove, how they would repair, and ask if they have the necessary tools to do the job effienciently.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Time.
